& Vocal Ministry (ages 16-28) 5 Week Commitment
It is the prayer and desire of Continental Worship Band to see worship - and worship gatherings - move beyond simply music towards something more holistic and biblical. By using new and innovative worship expressions such as emcompassing of all the arts, and by designing the service to be more participatory than passive, Continental Worship Band unites with those gathered to take worship beyond music to a true encounter with God.
The Continental Worship Band is a select group made up of 4-6 instrumentalists, 4-6 vocalists and a sound technician. This group will challenge the church with a high quality worship program specifically designed to bring the church into the presence of the Holy Spirit. SPECIAL AUDITION:
All interested applicants must put together a DVD or VHS video tape which would show the following things:
1) a solo performance showing the applicant from head to toe at a close distance.
2) a setting showing the applicant with a worship team.
We will be evaluating the ability to communicate the piece effectively and convey the message with heart.

We're looking for the best of the best! Because of this, the selection process for this group will be strict. This tour will include four to six singers and a band consisting of a keyboardist, synth player, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, and drummer, showcasing some of the best talent Continentals has to offer! If you have a passion for leading others in intimate worship this group is for you!
