Join us as we take Jesus Christ to the forgotten villages of Africa.

Every year a small team of returning and new Continentals ships out to meet the spiritual and physical needs of the World’s most hard-to-reach, remote areas: places hungry for the Gospel and hands-on ministry. For three weeks in the summer of 2008, this team will travel to Ghana to reach God’s people in Africa, ministering through music, drama, evangelism, and service. The Continentals invite you to be a part of this most powerful music missions experience in the heart of Africa.

You will meet as a group for the first time in Los Angeles for an intense 2 day rehearsal camp, where you will learn music and choreography. You will spend 3 days in London for a whirlwind of concerts and team discipleship before arriving to serve in the Greater Accra, Central, and Ashanti regions of Ghana.

Here you will partner with Rescue Souls International, a local ministry that will serve as the team’s host. Together with RSI you will meet physical needs through distribution of food, medical supplies, and educational materials. You will use the performing arts as your tool to minister to spiritual needs; sharing the Gospel through music, dance, and drama every chance you get. You will use your program to minister and teach at churches, schools, street corners…anywhere there are people to listen. You will be involved in door to door evangelism and street ministry. You will visit orphanages and hold children who almost never feel another person’s touch. You will visit hospitals and pray at the bedsides of people who need healing.

Koffi Selasi, Founder and President of RSI, says: “Over the years as a humanitarian/missionary, I have seen a restoration of hope on the faces of children whenever we visit them with foreigners. The beautiful smiles on the team’s faces, touching them, and talking to them…makes them feel that at least someone cares for them. This has changed the lives of many children and even the adults.”

The harvest is ready and the laborers are few…please join us as we seek to show the love and hope of Christ to the people of Ghana.
